Care

She died in hospice with no one watching.

We're building the system that would have known.

Why this exists

Diane

Judicial secretary, U.S. Federal Courts. In memoriam.

Diane spent her career in the federal court system, responsible for evidentiary integrity: making sure what mattered was recorded, verified, and never lost.

She passed away in hospice care without anyone present to detect her distress.

This platform exists because that should not happen to anyone: not a person in hospice, not an elder aging in place, not anyone whose distress deserves a witness and doesn't have one.

Her standard is ours: nothing is called in until it has been checked, and everything is on the record.

How it treats an alert

Checked before anyone is called. On the record after.

The alerting system already runs on our own servers, fed by our own sensors. The care sensors are what's still in development.

Checked first

Every possible alert is double-checked before it reaches anyone, so staff aren't buried in false alarms.

On the record

Every alert, and every one that was held back, is recorded with what was seen, when and why.

People decide

The system notifies. A person decides what happens next.
